PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what the Pixel World Sports app ("PWS", "the app") collects, why, who can see it and how you can delete it.

WHO WE ARE

PWS is run by Jadi Pro Studio, Indonesia. Contact: jadiprostudio@gmail.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account: your email address and password. The password is stored only as a secure hash by our server provider; nobody can read it.
• Profile: username, avatar look, gender and age. You choose whether gender and age are shown to others. You must be 18 or older to use PWS.
• Game activity: which in-game venue you check in to and when, minigame scores, coins, energy, items, gifts, fish you catch and your friendship level with the park pets.
• Social activity: friends and friend requests, high fives, chat messages, gifts between players, players you block and reports you make.
• Notifications (only if you turn them on): a push token that lets us send notifications to your phone.
• Error reports: when the app runs into an error it sends the app version, the screen you were on and technical error details. These reports do not contain your name, email or chat messages.

PWS does not use your phone's GPS or location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising ID. "Venues" are places in the game world. PWS has no ads and does not sell your data.

WHY WE USE IT

• To run your account and the game (saving your progress, coins and items).
• To let you meet, chat with and send gifts to other players.
• To keep players safe: blocking, reports and moderation.
• To send the notifications you asked for, and to find and fix bugs.

WHO CAN SEE WHAT

• Other players see your username, avatar, minigame records, the gifts you chose to display and your achievements, and see you at a venue while you are checked in there.
• Only your friends see which venue you are at when they are not there with you.
• Chat messages are visible to you and the friend you chat with.
• Players you block and you do not see each other at venues and cannot contact each other.

MODERATION

When you report a player from a chat, the PWS team can read the last 20 messages that player sent to you to check the report. The team does not read other chats. Reports, the messages checked and every action the team takes (warning, suspension, ban, forced username change) are recorded. Rude words are automatically masked in chat.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

• Supabase stores the game data and runs our server (data centre in Singapore).
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications if you turn them on. Google receives your push token and the notification text, for example "rizky sent you a message". The content of chat messages is never included.
• Resend sends account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• Vercel hosts this website.

App updates are downloaded from our own server; this only tells us which app version your phone runs.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

• Account, game and social data: while your account exists.
• Friend-request counters: 2 days. Error reports: 30 days.
• Push token: until you turn notifications off, log out or delete your account.
• When you delete your account, your profile, coins, items, check-ins, chats, friendships, gifts, pet friendship and push tokens are deleted. Records of moderation actions are kept without your account details so we can show a ban was handled fairly. Error reports already received stay (without your account) until they expire after 30 days.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

• View and edit your profile in the app, and choose whether gender and age are shown.
• Turn notifications on or off in your profile at any time.
• Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or on our account deletion page.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by emailing jadiprostudio@gmail.com.

CHILDREN

PWS is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we will delete it.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
